The project includes a 30,000 sqm parking facility with a capacity of 1,000 vehicles, 67,000 sqm of office space, 19,000 sqm of residential units, 14,000 sqm of hotel space, and 15,000 sqm of retail areas, with a total built-up area of 145,000 sqm.

Upon completion, Spiral Tower will become the tallest building in Israel, representing a landmark mixed-use high-rise development and showcasing advanced engineering and large-scale construction capabilities.
