Designed as a landmark office tower, the project combines modern architectural design with advanced engineering solutions, offering high-performance workspace environments in a prime urban location.

The project was awarded “Best Tall Office Building Worldwide” and “Best Tall Building in the Middle East & Africa” by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH).
